Things Are Looking Up

As we continue together in our journey with the Old Testament hero, Gideon, we come to a major turning point in his life. God has thrust this young man into a position too big for him, equipped with skills too small for the battle, and facing an enemy much more capable than Gideon and his followers. Why on earth would God do this to one of His own? To teach us all that because God is great, we don't have to be. This Sunday morning and evening will be two back-to-back messages focusing on the immense reliability of God during the storms of our lives. Come and be instructed, enlightened, and encouraged. This Sunday at 8:00 & 10:30 AM; Evening Service 6 PM

Special Prayer Meeting

On Tuesday Night, July 14th at 7:30 PM, we will be meeting at our former location in Duluth to take part in a joint prayer meeting with Grace Atlanta Bible Church. GABC have occupied the building in Duluth since our departure and share our interest in God releasing this property from us and, as they are praying, entrusting it to them.

Please join your church leaders for the most important prayer meeting in years as we knit our hearts together to call upon our Father to move in a dramatic way in the sale of this property.

(The Tuesday Night Prayer Meeting for July 28th has been cancelled.)

Adult Singles Fellowship

Ladies Tiara Lunch

Tuesday, July 14th at 11:00 AM

All ladies are invited to join us for our monthly luncheon at the Chick-Fil-A Dwarf House on Pleasant Hill Road. Enjoy a fun time of fellowship with other Christian women. Children are also welcome to attend! Please contact Glenda Jackson or Sandra Phillips with any questions.

Audio/Visual Ministry

We are looking for dedicated and dependable people to work in our Audio/Video Ministry. If you are interested, please see Scott McDowell for more details.

PHONE MINISTRY VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are needed to help answer phone calls from viewers of our
Transforming Truth broadcast on Sunday mornings (11 AM- 12:15 PM)
and/or Tuesday nights (6 PM- 7:15 PM).

Please see Lynn Madden or Jennifer Woodruff if you would like to volunteer or need more information.

Drivers Needed

Volunteers are needed to drive the church vans on Wednesday nights to bring children to and from church. Volunteers can be scheduled on a rotating basis. Please see John Cauble if you are willing to help in this vital outreach ministry.

CHILD CARE WORKERS NEEDED

Volunteers are needed during all services on Sunday and Wednesday to care for Meadow's children in the following classes:
Nursery, 1 yr. old class, 2's-3's class, or Children's Church.
